Description

Riverbend Co-op is hiring for a Full time Licensed Pharmacy Technician at our Riverbend Co-op Pharmacy in Outlook,  Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:
- Receive guest prescriptions, gather all necessary information
- Receive verbal prescriptions from Physicians
- Complete accurate transfer of prescriptions
- Maintain patient & drug information files
- Confirm accuracy and completion of pharmaceutical products prepared for release
- Running Point of sale terminal
- Stock medications and related supplies, rotate & monitor stock
- Maintain customer privacy & confidentiality

What you'll need:
- Registered pharmacy technician certification and maintained registration with appropriate pharmacy association (will consider a non-licensed technician for those willing to achieve, with prior pharmacy experience)
- Ability to implement practical procedures of systems which are moderately complex
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Experience with Kroll an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate one on one and over the telephone;
