Job summary:
102012233 Saskatchewan Ltd is looking for a restaurant assistant manager for our restaurant located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Job duties:
1. Assist the manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the restaurant, including staff training, shifts making, budget control and other daily administration.
2. Lead, supervise and coach the staff to deliver high standards service and quality food to customer
3. Ensure and maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times
4. Plan, execute and review standard operating procedures for the restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
5. Assist the manager in formulating business strategy and implement action plan for any business opportunities and potentials to maximize business growth
6. Assist in preparing and coordinating special events and functions
7. Manage customer complaints and oversee the resolution of these complaints.
8. Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills:
1. Post-secondary education required
2. One more years experience in Asian restaurant with solid experience at managerial level
3. Strong leadership, organization and people management skills
4. Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure and for extended periods of time
