The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute Inc. This position reports to the Executive Director, and is responsible for leading a team of people in researching current/future trends, exploring leading practices, and gathering needs from agencies, to identify future program offerings. These offerings are generally customized culturally relevant training related to child protection, child prevention, group homes, income assistance, youth resources, First Nations womens shelters, human resources and finance for agencies, and board governance.
You must be a dynamic and passionate leader with specific experience in leading people, environmental scanning, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, identifying needs, and determining curriculum.
