Bourassa & Sons in Assiniboia is the southern Saskatchewan dealer for all things Arctic Cat; offering snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and golf carts. We also have a large line of outdoor power products including zero turn mowers, chain saws, snowblowers, and so much more! Job Duties:
-    Manage the parts, sales and service of Outdoor Power Products
-    Provide the ultimate customer service experience
-    Become an expert on all products
-    Work with the Marketing team to promote sales, parts and service of products
-    Coordinate all sales for Arctic Cat snowmobiles, ATVs, Side by Sides and lawn & garden and related products.
-    Order all Arctic Cat and Lawn & Garden products and parts
-    Promote growth and pursue new sales opportunities
-    Design and maintain eye-catching showroom displays
-    Build valuable vendor relationships
-    Demo products to current and potential customers
-    Schedule service work and manage a small group of technicians
-    Advise customers of necessary repairs including estimating cost and recommending preventative maintenance

Experience and Qualifications:
-    Previous management experience an asset
-    Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
-    Experience in a sales role an asset
-    Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
-    Knowledge of Arctic Cat and Lawn and Garden Products
