Senior Customer Service Advisor- Collision Centre
$50,000-$60,000 per year (Dependent on qualifications)

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

Greet and acknowledge all internal and external customers promptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically
Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate person while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and friendly and professional customer handling
Manage incoming inquiries to general email address from customers
Check and respond to collision and detail general voice mails
Respond to internal requests from other departments and respond or redirect as appropriate
Book appointments with customers for repairs (Collision or Detail)
Regularly seek opportunities to further support the Collision Center team in administrative tasks, notably Administrative roles, Advisor roles, Detail coordinator and Collision Center Manager.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TEAM:

2-3 years of experience working in a Collision Centre or with SGI
Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation with an ability to work under minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
