Description

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel "at home here" through:
Carrying out fuel deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while providing exceptional customer service to all Local Co-op employees and customers.
Actively recruit new customers and ensure the customer contact program is maintained and that all customers receive the agreed upon deliveries.
Ensuring accuracy of all driver reports, bulk load, and pump reports.
Maintain and clean the delivery unit, keeping a record of all regular maintenance required, and scheduling appointments when needed.

Responsible for branch location management which includes ensuring costs associated with the operations are executed appropriately from a management capacity.
Responsible for ensuring corporate performance targets and budgeted results of the Petroleum Department is achieved.
Support and collaborate with the team in smooth functioning of the Petroleum department.
Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure complete adherence to culture of safety.
Provide leadership and support regarding performance management responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Have a valid and clean 1A Driver license and maintain a valid license throughout employment.
Have petroleum product knowledge and experience hauling petroleum (preferred)
Have average computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Windows operating system.
Are mechanically inclined and have basic automotive repair skills.
Willing and able to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends including the flexibility to work increased hours during peak seasons and be on call when required.
Able to interact with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
Physically able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and kneel
