Develop project plans and timelines, including defining project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
Manage the project team, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Coordinate and manage project resources, including staff, equipment and third-party vendors.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor and report on project progress, including providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are properly tested and deployed.
Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to project plans
