We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Core Services (Social & Content).
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a talented team of core fulfillment managers and team leads, providing mentorship and coaching to help them continually grow their teams and deliver better results.
Take ownership of our customer concerns related to the Core Services products and promptly facilitate a resolution.
Grow and retain the number of partners and SMBs purchasing Core services month over month.
Work with BDRs and PDMs to help bring deals across the line, by educating prospective customers on core product offerings, and creating custom quotes and proposals.
Train and develop a team of Fulfillment Managers and Team Leads
Measure, optimize, and adjust monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for your area of business to coincide with Vendasta and Marketing Services objectives and KPIs.
Hold the Core Fulfilment Managers accountable for team performance and delivery times.
Work with Fulfillment Managers on escalations, including joining calls as a senior leadership representative.
Hold weekly 1 on 1s
Comfortably manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, while helping the team reach their goals
Qualifications:
2+ years of relavent experience
Proven experience in a leadership role & strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members
Ability to develop and grow leaders through coaching and mentoring
Ability to multitask, be decisive, and remain calm under pressure
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
Proficiency with the necessary technology
Proficiency with Vendasta O&O products
