Description

Vendasta is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a dynamic and growing People Operations Team in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Impacts
In partnership, develop and implement the organizational-wide talent acquisition strategy.
Lead, develop and coach the talent acquisition team
Build strong partnerships across the organization
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies
Partner with the Director to build and maintain a standardized talent acquisition reporting and deliver on key metrics and OKRs to drive world-class benchmarks and KPIs.
Actively source talent
Manage Vendastas Employee Value Proposition and brand in partnership
Obtain a strong technical understanding of the business to advocate for a positive and world class candidate experience.

Operational Impacts
Understand and lead the full-cycle recruitment process
Participate within community events, career fairs and networking opportunities
Obtain a strong knowledge and understanding of Vendastas immigration programs

Qualifications:
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
3+ years leading, developing and coaching a team of professionals.
Proven ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions in a global talent market.
A strong sense of initiative and urgency, and proven experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Experience using social media, networking tools and search tools to find candidates.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven time-management skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to advocate for and challenge ideas when required with tact and respect.
Prior experience using applicant tracking systems for full-cycle recruitment processes.
A Degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience is always considered.
CPHR designation is strongly preferred.
