Job Summary:
This in-scope position is responsible providing a high standard of cleaning a variety of spaces in a consistent and timely manner.  

Essential Functions:

    Work independently and as part of a team to serve clean suites, common areas
    Complete daily suite schedule along with common area cleaning including tasks as directed and required
    Understand residents needs for servicing the suites based on the explanation of the residents themselves
    Complete tasks in a timely fashion
    Correctly use, maintain, and properly clean equipment used on a daily basis
    Correctly follow health and safety guidelines for proper ergonomics
    Work closely with other team members to ensure successful service
    Ability to answer minor resident complaints and ask for supervisor intervention when necessary
    Any other duties as required


Qualifications:
    WHIMS training
    Experience in housekeeping is beneficial, but not an asset
    Good physical health for a demanding job (standing and bending for long periods of time is required)
    Good social and communication skills (dealing directly with our residents is a major responsibility of this position)
    Ability to work under pressure
    Willingness to accept responsibility for ones performance
