Are you a nurse looking for a slower paced work environment?
We are currently looking for nurses interested in working evening and nightshifts who are available to care for 4 adults with complex medical needs in a home setting.
Duties Include:
provide medical care within the full scope of practice as it is outlined with  your nursing body.
Offer direct nursing care for 4 medically fragile adults
Offer direct nursing care for complex medical, nursing and intervention therapies due to disabilities and/chronic diseases
Provide a holistic approach of health and healing along with nursing care for medically fragile adult
Assist in physical assessments
Administer medications, gastric tube feeds
Monitor and administer tracheotomy care including suctioning
Colostomy and urostomy care
Catheter care
Diabetes management
Ventilator Management
Monitor and manage nursing care plans
Advocate on behalf of the individual's health care needs

Qualifications:
RN/RPN/LPN
Current license with SRNA/RPNAS/SALPN
Fully vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID 19.
Minimum 2 years experience preferred
