Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from customers and makes change accordingly.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explain to the guest.
Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Accounts for cash flow and inventory during the shift.
Wrap and place sandwiches in bags.
Wash and peel vegetables and prepare product preparation.
Take dine-in and take-out orders.
Sweep and mop floors and clean dishes as needed.
Sanitize dine-in area and counter area.
