Description

Preparing ingredients which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing vegetables, pizza and pasta ingredients.
Making pasta and dough, spreading toppings, and baking pizzas.
Packing take-out orders.
Properly washing, drying and putting away dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
Inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment.
Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping kitchen floors.
Monitoring product use throughout the serving period to prevent overproduction or early depletion.
Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
All other duties as assigned.
