Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Finance, the incumbent provides high-level accounting services for the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting, financial and banking functions and processes
- Collaborate with the Director, Finance in the effective coordination of the annual budgeting process and the period forecasting updates
- Establish and maintain the processes to meet deadlines in timely manner
- Collaborate with the Director, Finance in the development and preparation of internal management reports and Audit and Finance and Board of Director reports.
- Subject matter expert on financial systems and the interfaces impacting the flow of financial information throughout the organization
- Preparation of statistical reports required by various governmental organizations
- Developing a relationship with the external auditor is critical, along with the effective delivery of audit requirements on an annual basis

Qualifications:
- Commerce or Administration degree with specialization in accounting
- CPA designation is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar position
