Supervising and training a team of housekeeping staff
Scheduling and assigning daily cleaning tasks
Inspecting guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness
Coordinating with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to resolve any issues that arise
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Addressing guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping
Participating in budgeting and forecasting for the department.
