Food Service Supervisor Duties Include:
Supervise all daily front and back of the restaurant operations;
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards;
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs;
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports;
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff;
Organize and supervise shifts;
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction;
Enforce and offer the best quality of productspossible;
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience;
Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly;
Track operations and start corrective actions;
Other duties assigned by the general manager.
