Description

Umi Sushi Express (U of S location) is looking for an experienced food counter attendant.

Job Duties:

    Greet and take customers orders at counter
    Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
    Prepare and serve beverages
    Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
    Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
    Take dirty dishes to dishwasher, unpack and store suppliers in refrigerators, cupboards and the other storage areas
    Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
    Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand
    Sweep and mop floors, brings clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas
    Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.

Qualification:

Completed Grade 12.
Be able to communicate in English.
Six months work experience.
