Skyway Brands Regina Inc. is now hiring a Swing Manager to fulfill its busy location, and the second busiest airport in Saskatchewan.
We are looking for great and experienced Swing Manager for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

2. Requirements
Completion of secondary school
1-2 years work experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency)
Superior organizational skills
Able to work flexible days and hours (including afternoons, overnights, weekends & early mornings)

3. Job Details
Location: 2316- 5201 Regina Avenue Regina, SK (YQR - Regina International Airport)
Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30h/week)
Start date: ASAP
Salary: $15.00 per hour
