Description

Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units.
Resolve customers, employees and business-related issues and prepare and submit progress and other financial reports to the management.
Creating and managing team schedules.
Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel staff.
Evaluate employees performance and provide feedback to management.
Identify and apply career advancement opportunities to workers.
Help to resolve employee issues and disputes.
Requisition supplies and materials
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation, computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work if required.
Perform other office and business-related duties as required by the management.

SKILLS:
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Must be able to communicate in English (written, verbal, reading)


Wage/Salary: 24.60 Per Hour
