Duties and responsibilities
Make administrative plans and operation standards of the store, set up responsibilities of employees at different positions, so that to make sure the store is running efficiently;
Review and analyze the stores financial reports/stats for monthly business performance, be in charge of budget control, receivables and payables, etc.;
Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and resolve any problems;
Hire, train, assess and supervise beautician, massagist/masseuse, acupuncturist of the store;
Make marketing and promotion plans, set up and marketing marketing/sales strategies.
Qualifications and skills
At least high school diploma is required; completion of 1-2 years college/university program in an administration-related field is preferred;
At least 2 years of experience in a managing role is required, managing experience in a related industry in definitely a plus;
Basic knowledge in health care and related products, skin care techniques/products, is a plus.
