RIVERBEND COOP is in need of a Food Counter Clerk

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
2.Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand
3.Assist fans/customers with menu navigation and product ingredient questions and take customers order
4.Serve customers at counters and receive payments
5.Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
6.Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queens service recovery standards
7.Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
8.Prepare treat products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures
9.Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
10.At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
11.Perform other duties as assigned by management

WORKING HOURS:  40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 10:00am- 10:00pm, Sunday to Saturday with two varied days off per week

WAGE/BENEFITS: $14.25/hour. Health, Vision, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance.  
After one year of employment, the employee will be eligible to participate in the company pension plan offering a 6% company match.
