Description

Under  guidance  of  the  Owl Manager  this  position  is  responsible  for
ensuring all aspects of the bar run smoothly in accordance with URSU policy, procedures, goals
and  government  employment  standards.  Supervisors  are  to  support  management  in  their
eorts  towards  toward  long  term  nancial  stability  through  continuous  improvement  of
customer service, uplifting team morale and excellence in operations executions. As customer
service is extremely valued by URSU, a supervisor is to provide the highest level of service and
care to all our guests and to all fellow team members.

Daily duties include but are not limited to supervising and delegating to co-workers, providing bar service, responding to and dealing with all customer concerns, ensuing all  check-lists are followed, ensuring alcohol counts are completed, carrying out necessary till functions, various administrative  tasks, attending  leadership  meetings  and  all  other  duties  as  required by management.
