Job Description

The role of the Client Services Representative is to maintain and develop ongoing relationships with our clients which includes digital and in-person communications, understanding the clients needs, providing service and support, processing inquiries and requests, helping to solve problems as well as assisting with solutions implementation.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relations with new and existing clients

Communicate with clients, management, team members and other stakeholders

Provide clients with ongoing service and support

Understand clients needs and requirements

Help to resolve client problems and answer questions

Process client inquiries and requests

Assist with solutions project design, development, testing and implementation

Assist in providing clients with solutions training

Requirements

Education in Business Administration or Equivalent

Experience in Business Customer Service and Support

Solid understanding and knowledge of business processes, business department functions and business models

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to learn, research and apply solutions

Details Oriented and Organized

Fluency with Microsoft 365 Suite

Hourly: $28.00-$34.00/hr
