Supervise and train staff.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff.
Train staff on new products and store promotion as required.
Ensure adequate stock of products is on display.
Maintain supply with coordination with SLGA.
Authorize payments for products received and the return of merchandise.
Serve customers as required and maintain good customer
relations.
Follow rules and regulations set by Government
Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
ensure to meet health and safety requirements.
Prepare reports on stock and sales volume.
Close POS system and assist owner in all other aspects of the management.
