Esterhazy Liquor Store is looking for a responsible individual fro Assistant Store Manager post
Responsibilities are:
Day to day operations of a full-service Liquor Store. Allot duties to supervisors.
Maintaining Inventory, Budgeting, Ordering and Receiving and Coaching and Development.
Able to Provide efficient and friendly service to customers for always maintaining excellent store operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the store operations and provides a safe working environment for the rest of the team.
Responsible for overall security of the store. Provides solutions for customers concerns
Receiving and ordering as per procedure laid down by the Government.
Maintains a float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies
-  displays merchandise as per standards
- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises the Store Manager of any discrepancies
- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes
