The Deveraux Group of Companies is looking to add a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to our in-house Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be leading marketing activities across the Group, including content strategies, digital marketing initiatives, as well as managing our digital and social media presence. Were looking for someone who is data-centric, a strong writer and a great communicator.

What you bring:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Completion of a post-secondary degree, preferably in Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong experience working with social media tools, including Later.com, Facebook Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience working with Adobe Suite
- Video-editing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- SEO and SEM knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong technical knowledge
- Paid media experience
- Strong communication and time management skills

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
