Description

Southeast College is currently recruiting for a full-time (1.0FTE) Campus Manager in Weyburn.

Campus managers play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the campuses in which they work.  Campus managers work with marketing and recruitment overseeing site-based recruiting events and activities to increase enrollments.  Once enrolled, campus managers work with students throughout the student lifecycle, to ensure an exceptional experience. This includes oversight of co-curricular activities taking place within their campus. Campus managers are the primary community relations persons for the College, in the regions they serve, and oversee staff and student volunteer activities that give back to the community.  Campus managers are the main point of contact for accepted international students in their campuses, ensuring an enjoyable educational experience. Campus managers will also back up program coordinators and oversee part time programs in their catchment area. Campus managers will be responsible for collaborating with other internal college departments in order to meet the training and development needs of their communities.

Education and Experience
    Two-year post-secondary business, administration or finance related diploma earned at an accredited institution. Typically, this education would provide knowledge in effective administrative and budgeting practices.
    Two years relevant experience. This experience should include problem solving, client service, supervision and working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
    Must be prepared to schedule hours of work according to the demands of the position including evenings and weekends when necessary (i.e. field hours)
    Must possess a valid drivers license or have the ability to travel
    Experience in diverse learning environments or adult education is considered an asset
    Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
