Prince Albert Housing Authority is developing their finance team is and looking for an experienced CPA who is interested in a negotiable three-to-five-year contract to mentor and prepare their next Finance Manager for the role. The ideal candidate is looking to slow down the pace and enjoy work-life balance in northern SK with ample time to explore the outdoors.
Managing an annual budget of approximately $8.6M, you will oversee the financial portfolio of the authority including budget preparation, quarterly forecasting and analysis, preparation of required monthly statements, annual audit process, payroll and related processes. Familiarity with JD Edwards is an asset.
Reporting to a strategic General Manager, the successful applicant will be part of the senior leadership team and will partner to develop and support the authoritys long-term financial and capital asset plan to align with the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation strategic goals, policies, and directives.
Your team leadership, commitment to service excellence, and ability to bring about a fresh approach is key to this role.
