Description

Attend the Little Loon Regional Park Board Meetings and provide a written and verbal report. To the best of your ability, perform, manage, schedule and supervise all employees in the office, pro-shop and restaurant further known as the park office. Maintain the park office, including the restaurant, deck and clubhouse in a manner consistent with the budget. Be accountable for the effective and efficient maintenance and operations of the park office. Order and maintain all inventories and supplies for the office, pro-shop and restaurant. Be responsible for keeping and accurately recording, camping, lease lot, memberships, golfing and restaurant sales and statistics. Monitor cash handling processes. Be responsible for the training and supervision of all park office staff. Ensure that all office staff are trained on safety procedures. Ensure all office staff are trained, equipped with and wear all necessary safety gear. Ensure that Little Loon Regional Park Public Health and Safety compliance is met including securing the proper permits, Provide written and verbal direction, commendation and discipline. Promote the services and facilities of the park to present and prospective customers including updating social media and websites. Attend training and conferences as deemed necessary. Deal with the public in a respectful manner when problems arise and address issues as required. Engage with park users to gather feedback and identify ways to improve the park. Act as park host. Works unsupervised but must be willing and able to take direction and advice from the board.
