Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Package take-out food, Stock refrigerators and salad bars , Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, Take customers' orders, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Keep records of the quantities of food used, Portion and wrap foods.

Dishwashing Skills
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand ,Place dishes in storage area, Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

Kitchen Helpers Skills
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Handle and store cleaning products, Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit ,Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
