Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance, and professionalism with all our clients.

Responsibilities:
Consistently offer a professional, friendly, and engaging service
Ensure individualized clients service through acknowledging and responding to clients needs and expectation while maintaining clients comfort anytime.
Actively participate in learning wellness operations, body treatments, promotions, product knowledge, retail sales and upselling.
Be familiar of packages, promotions, prices, and rates.
Arrange and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of workstations and treatment room after each client.
Anticipate clients needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge clients whatever time of the day.
Maintain positive relationship with the clients and maintain clients details confidential and discreet.
Frequently check with clients to promote safety and security throughout the treatment.
Fill out necessary report or data at the end of each session.
Clean and change linens of the treatment room after each session.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as directed by the management.
