Description

Welldone Mechanical is currently looking for a Service Manager to run the service department. The most active role in the company, the Service Manager works closely with techs, customers, and suppliers, in order to build relationships and manage daily Service.

Welldone is a locally owned and operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical company that services residential and commercial clients within Regina and Saskatoon.  We specialize in preventative maintenance programs, designed to create efficiency, equipment longevity and reduction in energy consumption.  Welldone provides a culture that fosters continuous learning and development.  Please consider joining our team, as we build off the 50 years of service already provided and work towards our future!

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, B. Admin etc.)OR
5+ years experience with Commercial HVAC systems
2-5+ years of Management experience
Mechanical aptitude
