Lead the team responsible for creating transparency for the Board through report and policy development, crisis response and business continuity programs. Youll deliver insights and communicate regularly with senior leaders.

What youll do:
- Lead a team of specialists as they execute FCCs stress testing program and enterprise risk management framework
- Provide expert input on best practices in enterprise risk management and creating a risk- intelligent culture
- Deliver quarterly insight and transparency on FCCs overall risk profile
- Determine team priorities, communicate deadlines and resolve issues

What youll need:
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics or agriculture, an accounting designation or financial risk certification, and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
