Northlands College has a senior leadership opportunity for a qualified and energetic individual seeking an exciting career in post-secondary education. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Masters degree in business administration however, a masters degree in progress is the minimum education required. Five years experience in progressively responsible management roles is required.  The Executive Director, Engagement is an out-of-scope senior leadership position reporting to the President and CEO.  The position leads a team of staff in Marketing, Communications, and Indigenous Initiatives.  The Executive Director is responsible for implementing strategic revenue generation plans to align with mission-critical areas of the College.  Integral to this role is that the Executive Director works closely with the Learning Division and other areas of the College to launch new programs and initiatives.  This position will be based in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan.  Please reference competition number NLC-22-066 in all communications.
