Do you like to work outside? Do you like variety in your work day? We are looking for somebody like you! Store Support is an entry level role. Your number one priority is assisting our customers.
Essential duties:
-Retrieving carts from our parking lot as well as around mall perimeter
-Collection of baskets and returning them to their proper locations, and making sure they are well stocked.
-Carrying out items to customers cars as well as carrying in items from customers vehicles.
-General cleaning jobs around the store such as:
o Dusting Shelving in Departments
o Cleaning the Public Washrooms when needed
o Moping up spills and messes as the happen
o Shoveling snow from the front of the store in the Winter Months
o Washing windows
o Changing out wet floor mats
o Moving pallets of Salt from outside to inside using an electric pallet jack.
Putting customer returns back on their shelves in their proper homes
-Taking defective items to the proper location
-Helping out in departments with facing and stocking of shelves
-Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
-A demonstrated ability to deliver a positive customer service experience using strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
-Ability to bend twist and lift through out the shift
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
We are looking for someone with day, evening and weekend availability.
