RAM is a leader in custom cylinder manufacturers serving OEM accounts across North America. We require a Sales Representative; this position is based at our head office.
Job Requirements
The ideal individual for this position is self-driven and entrepreneurial-minded
Education: Learning Capabilities, to what we do & teach about RAM products, and services. Be comfortable talking technically with customers.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of selling experience, particularly for products or services that require technical communications. Selling B2B & to US companies is an asset
Responsibilities
Developing new clients through the constant pursuit of leads, introductions & conversations within the territory. Most contact is by telephone, video call, and email; however, travel is required to attend trade shows, meet clients, and perform sales presentations
Contacting manufacturers to understand their operations, needs & purchasing strategies to determine fit for RAM products
Developing strategies for each prospective client as to how RAM can achieve their business
Successfully and continuously advancing new relationships into quotations and repetitive orders
Managing and developing solid customer relationships through regular interaction & customer service to achieve long-term sustainable business growth
Reporting on customer contact & sales progress in the CRM system
Performing related duties as assigned
