Employees training scheduling.
Assist with pre-employment and new hire paperwork. Maintain employee files. All employees training updates, booking and personal files. Inputting all timesheets for employees for payroll into QuickBooks.
Keeps track of all holidays for employees / requests.
Review and prepare all documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the management team.
Courteously receive and screen all in-bound calls, emails, and visitors. Assist with report and presentation preparation.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives, and visitors always.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
Time clock fob and time tracking in Time pilot for payroll.
Helps in the accounting department with invoicing collection.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.
