Skills And duties
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Sell merchandise
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer
complaints and supply shortages
-Training to new sales staff and monitor and report
on performance.
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
-Prepare reports regarding Sales, GST, PST, Petty
cash, bank deposit.
-Ensure the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
Essential Skills
- Computer use

- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Supervisory Experience
- Retail salespersons and sales clerks

- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
