Description

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. The Financial Controller will also lead and direct the accounting and administration teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including cash management, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, the general ledger, payroll, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and other accounting operations.
Manage and provide leadership to employees; provide coaching and feedback in accordance with the performance management process.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and explore, analyze, and report variances for discussion and long-term planning, highlighting areas of concern and outlining action plans.
Prepare, analyze, and present timely monthly financial statements and other reports.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
