Prairie Co-op is hiring a HABS Division Manager at our Administration Office in Melville, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:
-To oversee the activities of individual Store Managers to ensure effective store operations. Achieve budgeted financial goals including sales, margins, expenses, employee productivity, inventory turns and overall contribution.
-To be responsible for analyzing existing and anticipated marketing conditions in the HABS division and makes recommendations to be included in the retails marketing plan.
-To assist in developing and executing on a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy along, including specific customer service standards to the Co-op team and ensure standards are consistently met.
-To ensure proper management of fixed assets and adherence to a maintenance schedule


Who you are:
- If you are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and have:
-8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
-Bachelors Degree, with a preference for Business
-Valid Class 5 drivers License
-Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin and inventory management
-You are honest and trustworthy and have the proven ability to motivate and lead Team members
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
