VCM Construction Ltd. is a Saskatoon based General Contractor who works primarily in the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional market sectors.
We are seeking a Summer Project Assistant who will report to the Project Manager and work out of our Saskatoon Office.  They will offer support in a variety of areas in QA/QC Documentation, Commissioning, Project Reporting and Site Administration.
The ideal candidate will be currently engaged in full time post-secondary studies and registered to return to full time studies in the Fall of 2023 working towards their Degree in Engineering.  This position is an excellent opportunity to provide a mixture of real construction site experience and project administration for those pursuing a career in Project Management.
Skills:
Experience and Proficiency in all MS Office Applications
Experience in MS Project.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
Adapts easily to a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, express ideas and concepts in oral and written form.
