Description

Olysky LP is currently looking for an Electrical Services Supervisor join our project team.    
This position will be responsible to support, service and oversee maintenance of building Electrical systems for all corporate buildings.  

General Responsibilities
Operational supervision of maintenance services; internally designated as building Electrical. In scope for building Electrical category include: hardwired electrical appliances and electrical building systems.
Execute Electrical preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance programs in conjunction with the maintenance coordinator.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders both internal and external.
Participate in a coordinated team environment with a focus on delivering effective facilities management to all assets entrusted to OlySky management.
Support training to ensure training programs are relevant to establishing sustainable and cost-effective operation of asset building Electrical systems.
Identify trends and opportunities to recommend upgrading of any barn/mill systems and/or components.
Participate in purchasing decisions for in scope materials, along with Facility project teams and Central Purchasing.
Identify all critical replacement components and ensure appropriate inventory of parts and materials.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Electrical stakeholders.
Ensure that all in scope, Electrical services work is of high quality and meets codes and/or professional standards
Ensure that all work is done in a safe manner and biosecurity protocols are followed
Maintain service continuity to ensure timely emergency response to all units and on call assistance to all units as required

Experience Required
At least four years of work experience
Experience working with barn systems and equipment required
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Effective oral and written communication skills
The ability to work independently
A valid license
