Hetland Seeds is looking to hire a Seed Plant Manager.

We are an independently owned Ag Retail and Seed Processing plant.  We are looking for a motivated person to add to our team.  

Core Function:  As a part of the management team you would be responsible for all seed processing, adhering to CSI procedures, and the overall management of the cleaning plant.

Main Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain the seed processing schedule.
-Maintain up to date inventory levels and ensure seed stocks are in proper condition.
-Manage shipping and receiving of all grain.
-Responsible for proper maintenance of cleaning plant and other machinery.

Knowledge and Abilities
-Must be willing to get or have all CSI qualifications.
-Basic computer skills.
-Basic math skills.
-Must be able to do jobs that require lifting and other physical tasks.
-Must have a good attitude towards other staff members and customers.
