The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Perform school Administrative and receptionist duties;
Perform Library Clerk duties
Photocopy/prepare relevant material and update binders;
Answer/redirect all in-coming calls;
Receive/distribute in-coming/out-going correspondence;
Tracking supplies and maintenance of office equipment;
Qualifications:
Grade 12 diploma preferred;
A Certificate in Office Administration preferred;
A combination of qualifications and experience will be considered;
Computer skills and experience are essential;
Excellent communication and organizational skills will be an asset;
Must be willing to take direction from a supervisor;
Some library knowledge or previous experience would be an asset;
Must have a valid drivers license;
Must be able to provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract, Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening;
