we are currently looking candidate who are interested in working in food chain restaurant.
Duties as below:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 10. Recommends promotion or termination of employees. May conduct written and verbal staff.
As needed, supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety & operations standards are maintained as per WOKBOX standard.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage as per WOKBOX manual.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special allergic food for customer.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
May plan menus and determine related food and labor costs.
Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained as outlined in the WOKBOX operational manual.
Performs paperwork duties and assists with product orders and inventory as need ed.
Assists with planning of special events and promotions.
