Essential Job Functions
1. Maintaining the kits and parts that are exchanged or are extra from Production Department and Shipping Department due to reconfigurations
2. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Kanban parts
3. Preparing Parts Department product
4. Completion and assembly of kits coming through production
5. Ensuring that all WG kits and safety stock kits are neatly and properly labeled
6. Supply and return kits for reconfiguration as required.
7. Responsible for A cell kitting
8. Problem solving discrepancies between the physical inventory and our inventory system (JDE)
9. Responsible for the accuracy of yard inventory of whole good kits and ensuring that they are aligned with our inventory control system (JDE)
10. Liaison between the shipping department and production department. Liaison between the warehouse department and final assembly, acting as the expeditor of final assembly requirements.
11. Implementation and coordination of extra kits into upcoming production runs
12. Assist in the organization of the yard layout to keep inventory neat
13. Assisting other departments as required
