Responsibilities:
Ensure proper processes are in place to maintain ISO quality standards and that SOPs, procedures, and safety policies are understood and adhered to.
Assigns, or delegates responsibility for specified work or functional activities.
Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure the timely completion of work.
Ensures adequate training of staff and employee compliance with the organizations policies and practices.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering, or a related field, or a combination of education and/or experience, would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
810 years of manufacturing experience at the supervisory level or above, preferably in operations or production.
8-10 years of supervisory experience
Experience participating in and leading Kaizen events.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, raw materials, costs, safety, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance.
