Responsibilities
Fields incoming service and warranty calls. documents and effectively communicates issues with the Quality, Warranty, and Engineering Departments.
Advises dealers/customers of repair or replacement of parts for best possible problem resolution to maintain good customer relations.
Troubleshoots issues and recommends the best course of corrective action.
Helps create, distribute, and process service bulletins.
Ensures proper processes are in place to maintain them! SO standards and that SOPs, procedures, and safety policies are understood and adhered to,
Follows-up with customers/dealers ensuring problems are corrected accurately and timely.
Coordinates repair work through the service department of the customers' servicing dealers.
Travels to dealer and field locations for troubleshooting and occasional repair of Schulte products.
