- Rate: $24 per hour.
- Permanent employment, full time
- 1 vacancy.
Job duties:
- Oversee daily salon operations.
- Hire and train staff in different department as needed.
- Organize employees shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
- Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
- Cooperate with owners and Marketing staff to promote services, products and discounts on social media.
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions.
-Keep updated records of costs and revenues weekly.
- Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers.
- Provide customers first assessment/ counselling before providing services.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping track of appointments and schedules.

Requirement

-A high school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to lead and manage a team of employees effectively.
-Providing excellent customer service is essential for maintaining a loyal clientele. A nail and spa manager should have strong communication skills, the ability to resolve customer complaints, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
-Be able to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized.
-Be able to market the salon and spa effectively to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
-Understanding financial statements, profit margins, other business-related metrics and have a 1-2 year working experience in nail and spa industry is an asset.
