Manage and Supervise staff and providing them
with training ,Giving cashiers instructions for upselling and customer service, Understanding business model and understanding business goals and targets and working towards accomplishing them, Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, deliveries and supply shortages, Do routine ordering multiple times a week from different vendors, Helping Manager in hiring and training new employee, Maintaining store conditions appropriate at all the time, Dealing with cash and taking care of store keys, Managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries, Learning and understanding back office paper work and doing daily paper work including entries, wastage and compliance.
Must be able to lift 50 LB, Must have a valid drivers license as we do deliveries. Knowledge of East Indian languages( Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam etc..) will be considered as a strong asset
